Lavender and rice filled cotton eye pack to lay across the eyes. Use cool or warm to soothe weary or puffy eyes; relieve stress, headaches, and sinus pain. May also be helpful for yoga relaxation. The outer cover can be removed for washing. Chill in fridge or warm in microwave oven for 20 to 30 seconds and then test for temperature before placing on the eyes. Be very careful not to overheat.
